Coconut, dried fruit and pecans create this scrumptious, Italian-inspired confection.

  • 14 ounces sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup dried apricots, diced
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 large egg whites
