Turkey Ricotta Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
  • ⅓ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs (plain breadcrumbs work too)
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 28 ounces marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
