- (5 oz) 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs at room temperature
Filling
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup (200 ml) milk at room temperature
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp (5 oz) sugar
- 2 ¼ tbsp potato starch
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- powdered sugar to sprinkle
