Recipe: Italian Ricotta Cookies


Italian ricotta cookies are always a good idea.

For the Cookies:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 pound ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flou”?1 teaspoon salt

For the Icing:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • Christmas sprinkles for decorating
