Eggnog Cheesecake Bars

  • 9 x 9 inch baking pan

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (from about 12 graham crackers)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ cup butter, melted (one stick)

Eggnog Cheescake Filing

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ⅔ cup eggnog
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 large eggs
  • whipped cream for topping (optional)
