Burrata & Grilled Peach Crostini with Balsamic Glaze


Elegant antipasto that is sweet, salty, creamy, and gorgeous. Biting into one of these is like falling in love in Florence!

Ingredients

1 baguette, sliced and toasted

2 peaches, sliced and grilled

1 burrata ball, torn

balsamic glaze (or reduction)

olive oil

flaky sea salt, black pepper

optional: fresh mint or prosciutto slivers

Directions

  1. Grill peach slices until caramelized.
  2. Assemble crostini: toast, burrata, peaches.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with mint or prosciutto if using.
