59th Annual Fashion Show and Luncheon
“Fair Lady Frolic”
When: April 16th, 2023 / Doors open at 11 a.m.
Where: Rivers Casino, Pittsburgh, PA
The 59th Annual Fair Lady Frolic Fashion Show and Luncheon will be held at the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh on Sunday, April 16.
The “Frolic” will feature contemporary fashions, up-and-coming artists, a variety of vendors, great food, local celebrities, and raffles.
SPECIAL GUEST
Brandon Rumbaugh, a highly decorated veteran and motivational speaker from Uniontown, PA, will stand tall on the runway this year. All proceeds from the Frolic will go toward ISDA’s Kennywood Day, which treats people with disabilities to an unforgettable day of all-expense-paid thrills and adventure.
ORGANIZERS AND LOCAL CELEBRITIES
This year’s event will be led by Chairwoman Louise Stanzione and co-chair JoAnn Carlucci Ondrey. Suzanne Mauro is the fashion show coordinator and Marion McCann is recruiting the celebrities, which will include Kym Gable, Bob Pompeani, Josh Taylor and Paul Martino — all from KDKA-CBS News in Pittsburgh. Also joining us is Lee Terbosic, a magician and comedian from Pittsburgh, and entertainer Jordan York. They are all striving to make this the best Fair Lady Frolic ever!
A GREAT CAUSE
We hope to see a great turnout as the profits are used to benefit people with disabilities at Kennywood Amusement Park in July. Annually, the Western Pennsylvania District of Italian Sons and Daughters of America provides an All-Day Ride ticket for each guest and a chaperone; and lunch, spending money and transportation are included. The Fair Lady Frolic is the only fundraiser for this worthwhile event.
THE MENU
- House salad
- Red pepper and smoked mozzarella ravioli, with pancetta, caramelized onion, and vodka sauce
- Champagne parfait of lemon panna cotta, with mixed berries
- Fresh brewed house coffee, or iced tea
SCHEDULE & CONTACT
The doors will open at 11 a.m., and our clothing, jewelry and various vendors will be ready for your business. The Italian Basket Auction tickets and Share the Wealth tickets will be on sale.
Lunch will be served at about 1 p.m. The Fashion Show will begin shortly thereafter.
