Italy: culinary center of the world. Home to some of Earth’s most prized possessions: pizza, pasta, cooked cow tail. Wait, is that last one not enjoyed around the world? Doesn’t matter. The point is that when aliens come to Earth and ask us to produce one item that encapsulates what it means to be human, it’ll be Italian food.
