Recipe: Glazed Lemon Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (two sticks)
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (from one lemon)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (from one lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour (210 grams)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Lemon Glaze

    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
