Italian private school drops $55M on new NYC HQ
Viva l’Italia!
La Scuola d’Italia, a 38-year-old independent, bi-lingual Pre-K through 12 private school based in Carnegie Hill, has dropped $55 million for a brand new headquarters in Midtown West, the Daily News has learned.
The new facility, a 14-story, 102,000-square-foot building at 432 W. 58th St., was acquired from Mount Sinai Medical Systems, which was using it as a medical research facility.
