Francesca is a native Italian living in Boston. An avid home cook and baker, she is a culinary instructor who enjoys teaching others how to prepare simple and non-intimidating Italian dishes.

Francesca is also the proud owner of Lazy Italian Culinary Adventures. This business, which offers week-long culinary trips to Italy, combines Francesca’s two loves of Italian cuisine and Italian travel.

When not cooking or traveling, Francesca’s other pastimes include writing about food, recipes and travels on her Lazy Italian blog.
